Wemade and RedFox Games signed a MOU to on-board the WEMIX platform.
RedFox Games, which has its headquarters in San Jose, USA, is a global game company that has published games in North America, South America, and Europe since 2015. With over 1.7 million accrued players, it became №1 in the MMORPG market by marketing Black Desert in South America.
With its solid skills and knowledge, they are also actively participating as an infrastructure-specialized setup/consulting developer, and mobile game development partner.
This year, they are focusing on publishing Kingdom Hunter, a mobile trading card game (TCG) from its subsidiary, Ttriger. With its immense experience in marketing and services, they plan to target South America first before expanding their way to the global market including North America and Europe.
Kingdom Hunter has been in development for three years by a veteran team including Ttriger CEO Jungdae Lee; the team behind games such as Legionz, launched on Hangame in 2014, Yo! Villain, and Man Or Vampire.
In the game, players can expand cities using unique systems such as hero capture and persuasion, prestige system, and hero’s special stats, and grow heroes to fight in large 1024x1024 world maps with allies.
“By collaborating with Wemade, we will successfully target the South American market,” said Kyongwan Son, CEO of RedFox Games. “Players in South America are highly interested in blockchain games. Therefore, we will be able to attract new players through the WEMIX platform.”
“WEMIX is the only existing platform on which games of all genres can be transformed into blockchain games,” said Henry Chang, CEO of Wemade. “We will wholly support RedFox Games, so they can gain success in the global market.”
Wemade introduced P&E (Play and Earn) in which players can enjoy game-play and earn resources, and is welcoming many game developing companies; the aim is to service 100 games whose key currency is WEMIX prior to 2022 year-end.
