Wemade’s First DeFi Protocol, KLEVA’s Successful Start
- Fastest TVL (Total Value Locked) growth among all Klaytn-based DeFi

Wemade launched its first ever DeFi service, KLEVA, on Jan. 19th at 7:23PM KST.
It received an overwhelming response. TVL(Total Value Locked) surpassed 100 million dollars in just 34 minutes after the launch, and surpassed 150 million dollars in 2 hours and 37 minutes. As of 9AM on the 20th, 12 hours after the launch, TVL recorded 235 million dollars.
This is the fastest TVL growth among all Klaytn-based DeFi and it ranked 2nd in TVL among all Klaytn-based DeFi in just 4 hours. Considering that only lending pool deposits are available for the 5 virtual assets (WEMIX, KLAY, KUSDT, KDAI, KLEVA), TVL is expected to rise even more.
TVL is predicted to increase further once the farming pool is activated next week and users are enabled to provide liquidity through this.
Furthermore, it will link more DEXs and continuously increase lending pools and farming pools to keep raising TVL.
