Wemade Tree Announced Investment in SOOHO, a Smart Contract Tech Startup
Wemade Tree, the blockchain subsidiary of Korean game company Wemade, announced strategic investment in SOOHO, a Smart Contract Tech Startup.
Wemade Tree is the second and the only Korean company to invest in SOOHO, after ConsenSys, the maker of MetaMask.
SOOHO’s strength lies in its tech team, which has won top-level awards in several contests, including Hackathons held by Binance and Upbit, and Klaytn’s Horizon. SOOHO focuses on blockchain security and compliance, and its security solution Odin has succeeded to detect more than 10,000 defects in cryptocurrencies and blockchain softwares such as DeFi, DApp, and mainnet. Currently, more than 200 clients, including Korea’s major companies and verification agencies, are using Odin. SOOHO also took charge of the audit of Ozys’ BeltFinance, Binance Smart Chain-based Defi which exceeded 25000 billion KRW of TVL.
