In lieu of previous announcements on Wemade CEO Henry Chang’s purchases of WEMIX Tokens with his dividend and salary on 18th and 25th April aiming for sustainable development of the WEMIX ecosystem, we additionally announce that Park Kwan-ho, a chairman and a founder of Wemade, will also dedicate approximately KRW 30billion(= USD 25million) in purchasing WEMIX Tokens in the market during upcoming six(6) months. The WEMIX Token purchased by Chairman Park will be locked-up for one(1) year. We will inform you of the details with the following announcements as soon as all the purchases of WEMIX Token worth KRW 30 billion are completed.
We will continue to focus relentlessly on our WEMIX ecosystem expansion and its quality control, executing partnerships, and onboarding decisions in light of long-term market leadership considerations rather than short-term profitability considerations and market fluctuation.
We are the preeminent and most innovative P&E platform in the world and the WEMIX ecosystem has tremendous growth to date. We fail to see that this growth would not continue moving forward. The recent decision of the Chairman and the CEO Of Wemade is a direct reflection of such a view and belief.
